The Country Way is locally owned and operated by Brenda Frey Certified Product Advisor & Tammy Watts Certified Natural Health Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Sports Nutrition Advisor and Certified Natural Counselor.

The Country Way has been part of the Sault Ste. Marie community for over 40 years. The Country Way strives to be the ambassadors of healthy living and active lifestyles. We also have on-site a Nutrition & Fitness Centre offering training with Tammy Watts who is a Certified Personal Trainer and Heidi Kelly who is also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.

We pride ourselves with excellent customer service ensuring that every customers needs are met while shopping at The Country Way.  Our staff members are always continuing their education to better serve our customers providing the most up to date scientific and clinical information on the products we carry. We carry a variety of products such as supplements, health and beauty products, sports supplements, eco-friendly household products, homeopathics and herbals, organic foods and gluten free foods.  We also carry locally grown grass fed beef and fresh local organic and non organic produce spring to fall when available.
